Analytics

Read signup volume, sources, and conversion across your campaigns.

Two analytics surfaces:

  • Account analytics (/analytics in the sidebar) — totals across all campaigns
  • Campaign analytics (Analytics tab inside a campaign) — drill-down for one campaign

Top-line metrics

  • Total leads — all-time count
  • Verified rate — share of leads who clicked the verification link
  • Signups over time — daily, weekly, or monthly trend, filterable by date range
  • Sources — breakdown by direct, referral, or specific UTM source

Source breakdown

The pie chart lumps signups into:

  • Direct — visitor came straight to the form with no UTM or referral code
  • Referral — visitor clicked a referral link (?ref=...)
  • UTM — visitor arrived via a tagged URL (?utm_source=...); each distinct utm_source becomes its own slice

Click any slice to filter the leads list to just that source.

Conversion funnel

Where supported, the funnel chart shows:

Form view → Form submit → Email verified

Drop-off between stages tells you where to focus. A high view-to-submit drop usually means too many fields (cut some). A high submit-to-verify drop usually means the verification email is going to spam (check your domain setup).

Top referrers

If referrals are enabled, this section ranks leads by referral count. Useful for identifying power users to thank or feature in launch comms.

Filtering

Most charts support a date range and a segment filter. Pick a segment to see analytics scoped to just that audience — for example “Last 7 days, verified only”.
