Blast analytics
Read delivery, opens, clicks, and bounces for a sent blast.
Every blast has an Analytics tab that opens once the blast starts sending. Numbers update in real time as recipients open and click.
Top-line metrics
- Delivered — emails accepted by the recipient’s mail server. Failures here usually mean a bad address or a hard bounce.
- Opened — the recipient’s client loaded the tracking pixel. Apple’s Mail Privacy Protection inflates this number; treat it as a directional signal, not a hard count.
- Clicked — the recipient clicked any tracked link. The most reliable engagement metric.
- Bounced — soft bounces (temporary) and hard bounces (permanent). Hard-bounced addresses are auto-flagged and excluded from future blasts.
- Unsubscribed — recipients who clicked the unsubscribe link. They’re added to your suppression list automatically.
Top links
The analytics page lists every URL in the email with click counts. Useful for understanding which CTA worked.
Per-recipient delivery log
A table at the bottom shows the delivery status for every recipient: delivered / opened / clicked / bounced / unsubscribed. Filter by status to find issues.
Reading the numbers
Healthy benchmarks for a verified, opted-in list:
| Metric | Healthy | Concerning |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery | > 98% | < 95% |
| Open | 25–45% | < 15% |
| Click | 2–8% | < 1% |
| Bounce | < 1% | > 3% |
| Unsubscribe | < 0.5% | > 1% |
A bad blast (low opens, high bounces) is usually a list problem (unverified, stale) or a sender reputation problem. Send a test to a fresh inbox at Gmail and Outlook to check spam folders.
Exporting
Click Export on the analytics page to download a CSV of per-recipient delivery state — useful for reconciling against your own CRM.
