Viewing & exporting leads

Browse, search, and export every signup on a campaign.

The Leads tab inside a campaign lists every signup the campaign has captured.

What you see

Each row shows the email, position, verification status, source, signup date, and any referral count. Click a row to open the lead detail panel with all custom field values, the verification link history, and per-lead actions.

Search and filter

Use the search bar to find leads by email or any custom field value. Use the column filters to narrow by status (verified / pending), source, or signup date.

For more complex slices — across campaigns, with multi-condition logic — use segments instead.

Per-lead actions

From the lead detail panel:

  • Resend verification — re-issue the verification email
  • Mark verified — flip the status manually
  • Delete — remove the lead (frees a slot against your plan limit)

Exporting

Click Export in the top-right of the Leads tab to download a CSV of the current view. The export respects whatever search and filters are applied.

CSV columns include:

  • email, status, position
  • signup_date, verified_date
  • source, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign
  • referral_code, referrals_count
  • One column per custom field

Source attribution

If your visitor arrived via a tagged URL like ?utm_source=twitter&utm_campaign=launch, those parameters are captured automatically and stored on the lead. They show up in the leads list, in the analytics breakdown, and in the export.

If they arrived via a referral link (?ref=CODE), the referrer is linked on the lead record.

Cross-campaign view

If you run multiple campaigns, the top-level Contacts page in the sidebar gives you a unified view of every lead across every campaign — useful for searching when you don’t remember which campaign a signup belongs to.
